2. Pet’s Name (this will be written on the pet’s collar tag)

3. Photos of Pet

   -Send me those glamor shots! Please include close-up of face with head on view, profile view, and 3/4 view if possible. ***REMEMBER: Your pet’s personality and quirks are what we are aiming to capture. Silly photos are encouraged.

4. Your choice of Background Color (Fire Red, Sky Blue, Forest Green, or Dusty Pink)

5. Photos of any accessories you would like your pet to be wearing (for example: top hat, beret, pearl necklace, etc. Keep in mind your pet’s bottom half will not be seen, and that colorful or patterned collars add great fun to the portraits. Please limit to no more than two accessories).

6. Any notes you would like to include about your pet.

Once you have submitted your details by email, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact me via the CONTACT page on my website.
